Value Added Services

We have the capability to supply finished castings upto 10 Mt single piece starting from the drawing stage to the completed product following each step of the QAP. Below mentioned are some of the services we can provide:

Pattern Development:
With the help of our inhouse pattern shop and tie-ups with numerous pattern vendors we can develop patterns on CNC routers according to our pattern methoding & shrinkage allowances to ensure a smooth and defect free casting as per our customer’s drawing.

Pattern Repairing:
We provide free repair and minor modification of patterns to our clients.

3D Modeling & Casting Simulation:
We have licensed versions of Creo & AutoCast-X. 100% of our castings undergo 3D simulation after methoding before going into production. This helps us achieve a very low rejection ratio and defect free sound castings as per our customer’s requirements.

Shot blasting:
We have a fully automatic shot blasting machine with a 72” rotary table for castings upto 3MT. We also have a shot blasting room with the entire system of 5mx5mx3m(height) to cater to our big size castings. We can supply 100% castings in shot blasted conditions while being fully compliant with the environmental norms.

Proof-Machining & Finished Machining:
With the help of our in-house conventional machine shop and tie-ups with numerous other conventional & CNC machine shops in and around our city we can provide proof or finished machined castings as per the clients requirements on conventional or CNC machines at very competitive prices.

NDT Services:
We have in-house NDT inspection such as Dye-Pentrant Testing(DPT), Magnetic Particle Inspection(MPI) - yoke type (fluorescent or non-fluorescent), Ultrasonic Testing(UT) - with DGS capability and we can also do Radiographic testing with the help of our contracted agency. We always have ASNT level-II engineers on our payroll. We can deliver teh quality of castings as required by the QAP.

Fabrication & Assembly:
With the help of our fabrication shop and qualified welders & fitters we can provide completely assembled products as well. If some castings are a part of an assembly, we are capable of supplying the entire assembly in the final form as per the drawings & QAP.

Sea-worthy packaging & Export:
We have our own Import-Export license and are capable of exporting final assembly from the drawing stage to sea-worthy packaged final product ex-your port.
